Contact privacy notice

WOR Systems is a brand of Web and Oil Resources. This notice explains how the website contact form handles your enquiry.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, company, email address, selected service and message, plus any phone number and current software information you choose to provide. Please do not include passwords, API keys, sensitive personal information or confidential transaction files.

How your enquiry is used

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, assess your requirements and manage the resulting business correspondence. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

The form uses encrypted SMTP connections for email submission and technical controls to reduce abuse. Website server logs may record IP addresses and request information.

Keeping and correcting records

Enquiries and related correspondence are retained as needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us if you wish to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
